  • FLAWA – 15th may @ richmix, £5, wheelchair accessible – the first ever festival of latin american women artists (!!) panel with Alia Trabacco Zeran (on the man book international shortlist! The whole festival looks amazing)
  • GRAPEVINE x SALTWATER – 30th May @ Riverside bookshop, free, no accessible toilet but otherwise wheelchair accessible – readings  to celebrate the launch of Jessica Andrew’s Saltwater with Jessica, Zeba Talkhani and others (SOLDOUT)
  • BALHAM LITERARY FESTIVAL – 13th June @ oxfam Balham, £5, wheelchair accessible (organisers say yes – have asked about toilet) in conversation with my editor Rhiannon Smith at the Oxfam books 2 roads from where I grew up! (SOLDOUT)
  • Review Bookshop Abortion access fundraiser – 27th June @review bookshop in peckham 5pm, free, reading alongside Meena Kandasamy (omg) among others (SOLDOUT – but you can still donate to win amazing prizes in their raffle)
  • PAGES OF CHESHIRE w/ BRIDGET MINAMORE (<3) – 4th July @ pages of cheshire, new book shop on brick lane selling books by women & non-binary people (!!) with my amazing friend Bridget. £5 (wheelchair access – not accessible 😦 they are in talks with tower hamlets about fitting a ramp… tower hamlets if you’re reading this please allow a ramp!! ) (SOLDOUT)
  • Port Eliot Festival – 11am Sun 14th July at the Walled Garden Stage (wheelchair access: a lot of grass hills but no steps, read more here)
  • Brainchild Festival – 4.15pm Sat 27th July at the Cinetarium, talking about place with Bridget Minamore who’s also going to read!!! (wheelchair access: ‘site is flat and wheelchair accessible’ and they have accessible toilets)
  • Southbank centre – 19th Nov, launch of the Un Nuevo Sol, an anthology of British Latinx writing, £10 (25% concessions and i’m going to see about some free tickets), southbank centre says accessible, more details here.
